Cynthia Au

Cynthia Au is a Canadian Certified Pedorthist with the College of Pedorthics of Canada (CPC) and an active member of the Pedorthic Association of Canada (PAC). Her journey began at the University of Toronto, where she earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Human Biology in 2019.

After being introduced to the world of pedorthics in 2021, Cynthia quickly found her calling in helping people get back on their feet—literally! Her fascination with lower limb health and biomechanics inspired her to pursue the Pedorthics Diploma Program at Western University, graduating in 2023 and achieving her certification in 2024.

Cynthia is known for her patient, empathetic approach and loves working one-on-one with clients to find practical solutions for pain and movement issues. Whether it’s creating custom orthotics or sharing tips for staying active, Cynthia is passionate about supporting people in living healthier, more mobile lives.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her exploring new hiking trails, trying out local cafés, or curled up with a good book.

Stan Chikh has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare system. He is a licensed acupuncturist with The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and Pedorthist with the Pedorthic Footwear Association of Canada (PFA). Stan is certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) by passing United States Medical Licensing Exams Steps 1, 2, 2CS and 3 and given the distinction of being a qualified international medical graduate (IMG) in the United States and Canada. He takes medical/evidence approach to creating treatment plans.
